Aboud bin Mohammad Al-Hussein is a Syrian entrepreneur and the founder of several institutions and initiatives in the fields of education, community development, humanitarian work, and investment. He brings more than two decades of experience in institution building and management, project development, and establishing cross-border partnerships. He began his career early in the education sector, contributing to the establishment and management of educational and community-focused institutions and initiatives in Syria and Türkiye. He later gradually expanded his activities into real estate development, investment, project management, and international economic partnerships.

In 2008, he founded “Ibda” in Aleppo, laying the foundation for his work in real estate and engineering development. From 2016 onward, he expanded his activities in Türkiye through Mavera Holding, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board. His vision focuses on long-term investment, project development, strategic partnerships, and the creation of sustainable value.

Throughout his career, he has built an extensive network of relationships with business leaders, investors, institutions, organizations, and public figures. He has participated in cross-border economic and development-focused meetings and initiatives, with a particular interest in developing investment opportunities and strategic partnerships in Syria and the wider region. His approach is rooted in the belief that genuine development begins with people and evolves into institutions, projects, investments, and partnerships capable of creating sustainable impact.
