Eng. Aboud Alhussein is an entrepreneur and founder leading Mavera Holding with a long-term vision centered on creating sustainable value, fostering strategic partnerships, and connecting capital with opportunities that generate meaningful impact. Since the beginning of his professional journey, he has focused on developing an institutional approach that integrates investment, development, and project management across key sectors that contribute to economic growth and sustainable development.

Alhussein began his career in the fields of education, community development, and institutional work, while also founding Ibdaa Real Estate Development, Engineering Studies & Consultancy in 2008. Through this venture, he supervised the development and management of various real estate and engineering projects, building solid expertise in planning, development, and project management before expanding into investment, business development, and strategic partnerships across Syria and Türkiye.

Today, Alhussein leads Mavera Holding into a new phase of institutional growth and investment expansion, guided by effective governance, operational discipline, and responsible investment. He believes that true success is measured not only by the scale of projects, but by the ability of institutions to create lasting impact, build trust, and transform vision into long-term value for people, communities, and markets.
