Mavera Holding Explores Higher Education Investment Opportunities During Visit to Başakşehir Academy in Istanbul

As part of its strategy to strengthen international partnerships and explore investment opportunities in the education sector, Mr. Aboud Al-Hussein, Chairman of Mavera Holding, accompanied by Jordanian businessman Dr. Haitham Abdullah Abu Khadija, Dr. Amjad Saadeh, and the accompanying delegation, visited Başakşehir Academy in Istanbul.

The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Yusuf Öztürk, Chairman of the Başakşehir Foundation, Dr. Imad Al-Rashid, President of the Academy, and Dr. Hassan Al-Shalabi, Vice President of the Academy.

Başakşehir Academy is a private higher education and research institution with administrative and financial independence. It offers academic programs from an Islamic perspective, with particular emphasis on Arabic and Islamic studies while integrating them with contemporary knowledge and development initiatives.

The meeting focused on investment opportunities in higher education and private schools in Türkiye, as well as future educational projects that combine academic expertise with investment capabilities.

The participants emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships in education to support institutional development, innovation, and knowledge exchange, in line with Mavera Holding's vision of expanding its international network and investing in promising sectors.
